Octopost, LLC is a company incorporated and registered in Wyoming. The parent company is ForeverVacation, LLC. For the purpose of this Privacy Policy, "you", “your” or "user/s" as used herein refers to Octopost’s customers or end-users accessing or using the Platform for the Services; and “we”, “our” or “us” means Octopost, and/or any third-party service providers rendering certain Services on the Platform. - Companies we plan to merge with or be acquired by or, in the event of any bankruptcy, a bankruptcy estate. Should such a combination occur, we will request that the new combined entity follow this Privacy Policy with respect to your personal information.
